Description.
ca. 1850. Figure of gilded and polychrome bronze. It retains the original gilding and red polychrome.
The Buddha figure is in bhumisparsha mudra position, with serene expression, high headdress and dressed in a richly ornamented robe. It stands on a triple base of pyramidal profile and partially polychromed in red, from the front of which hangs a small carpet. It is also richly decorated.
