Description.

Patinated metal on a wooden plinth. A classical allegorical sculpture depicting a young faun draped in a cloth whilst holding a vine. It bears an apocryphal or foundry signature engraved on the base: “Aug. Moreau”. It includes a French foundry stamp: “Fabrication Française - Paris - Made in France”.
