Description.
Oil on canvas. It depicts in the centre, surrounded by small angels, a young virgin, with an affable gaze and youthful face, dressed in a long white tunic and a beautiful blue cloak with details embroidered in gold thread with lace and gems, both elements symbolizing purity and innocence. Her head, crowned by the twelve stars, is highlighted by the light of the halo. Two large vases filled with flowers, including small lilies, arranged under beautiful velvet curtains, flank the image. No signature.
Restored in 1977 in the Diocesan Museum "Regina Coeli" in Santillana.
Size: 168 x 125 cm
